SO, HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PAINT AN OFFICE?

Offices come in all shapes and sizes so there is no set cost for painting an office. In many cases offices have to be painted at night or on weekends and that will clearly raise the costs. Other factors that influence costs are location, access and general condition of the property and the amount of prepwork required to provide a good quality finish.

WHAT ABOUT THE PAINT? WHICH BRAND SHOULD I USE?

If you consider that most of the cost of painting an office room is the labour rather than the paint materials, why would you bother to go cheap on the materials? You will only save a few bob and you will end up with inferior paint that doesn't wear well, fades quickly and can't be washed. Our advice is to use premium brands with vinel emulsion for the walls and ceilings and eggeshell for the woodwork. That way you get a lovely finish and have walls than can take a bit of cleaning without removing the paint.
